Hooray! You have booked me as your wedding DJ! I cannot wait to be a part of your wedding day, trust me when I say I’m very excited!

This guide is to assist you with everything you’ll need to do and think about between now and the big day in regards to entertainment.

Don’t worry, it’s not that bad! I hope it doesn’t feel like a chore, but it is essential for me to ensure I can provide nothing but a perfect service so your day flows exactly how you want it.

The steps between now and your special day are super simple:

1. Complete the wedding planning form
2. Add your song requests
3. Final planning meeting a month or two before your date (I’ll be in touch to arrange this).
4. Pay remaining balance (2-3 weeks before your date)

Please note: I am ALWAYS here to help you from the day you book to the day of your wedding. And if we need to have additional calls or meetings along the way we can do so.

By now you should have received you booking confirmation email which contains your login details to your very own planning portal (if you haven’t please pester me!).

You should then a screen like this:

So to start planning your event you’ll need to click on the green ‘Plan My Event’ button.

There are two tasks that I ask you to do:

1. Add your music requests
2. Fill in the Wedding Planning Form

I ask that your music requests AND your Wedding Planning Form be complete AT LEAST FOUR WEEKS before the date of your wedding. This then gives me enough time to finalise my plan for the day and get your music playlist organised.

You can login to your portal and makes changes whenever you like, you don’t need to do everything in one go.

The portal and planning form should be pretty self-explanatory, but if you have any queries please don’t hesitate to get in touch. There is also a demo video below on how to navigate the portal.

Yes, it will be really useful to meet again closer to your date (usually a couple of months before your date), even if it’s just a quick chat. Particularly if you have booked me a while in advance. It is of extreme importance to me that your day flows perfectly, so the more information I know leading up to your day the better! Whether me meet in person or virtually, we can go through your planning form together and finalise any final details or song requests.
